Senior Personal Injury Lawyer – Edinburgh/Glasgow, Scotland

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to join a leading law firm specializing in accident claims. The position is based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The successful candidate will handle a variety of personal injury cases, including employment liability claims, RTA, and public liability claims. Key responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and conducting cases, ensuring thorough evidence collection.
2. Providing high-quality client care in line with service level agreements.
3. Maximizing case income through damages recovery, including hire, repairs, recovery, and storage.

Applicants should have court litigation experience and familiarity with Court of Session and Sherriff Court procedures. Knowledge of credit hire is also advantageous. The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years of PQE.
