Are you an experienced solicitor ready to advance your career in estate, trust, and will disputes? A leading national law firm seeks a talented Senior Associate for their Birmingham team. You will manage your own caseload, working with a diverse client base including charities, high-net-worth individuals, private clients, educational institutions, and business owners. You will collaborate with colleagues across the firm's offices and support a national client base.
You should be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE and proven experience in contentious private client work, ideally from a reputable City or regional practice. You will have extensive experience in estate, trust, and will disputes, including high-value and complex cases such as challenges to wills, Inheritance Act claims, trusts of land, and statutory wills.
