Are you an experienced solicitor ready to advance your career in estate, trust, and will disputes? A leading national law firm seeks a talented Senior Associate to join their Birmingham team. You will handle your own caseload, working closely with colleagues across offices and supporting a diverse national client base, including charities, high-net-worth individuals, private clients, educational institutions, and business owners.
You should be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE and proven experience in contentious private client work within a reputable City or regional practice. Extensive experience in estate, trust, and will disputes, including high-value cases such as will validity challenges, Inheritance Act claims, trusts of land, and statutory wills, is essential.
