Job description

Job Description

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to support our Senior RGM in developing commercial strategies, identifying segment roles within overall strategy, and recommending growth initiatives. The role involves leading formulation and execution of strategic pricing as part of the Annual Planning Process.

The successful candidate will build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, and Finance to shape and deploy RGM strategies. They will develop a pipeline of opportunities beyond the Core Business AOP, supporting the 5-year Value Creation Plan by achieving/exceeding NOS/KG and GP/KG targets for the UK business.

Responsibilities include ownership of pricing and promotional strategies for designated categories/segments, optimizing PPA by brand and channel, and collaborating with local and global marketing teams on NPD pipelines to meet targets.

Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in RGM or category strategy and planning
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of P&L management
  • Ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and support decision-making
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills across Sales, Finance, and Marketing
  • Creative approach to maximizing brand performance
