The Role
You'll report directly to our Growth Marketing Manager, who drives strategy across demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and brand awareness initiatives.

Working closely together, you'll play a hands-on role in building targeted campaigns that fuel pipeline growth and support strategic commercial goals. You'll be part of the wider Commercial team, as a fully integrated member, this includes Sales and Customer Success - to deliver fully aligned account-based programs, and based in the office 3 days a week.

Who You Are
We are seeking an ambitious, digitally savvy Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our growing Commercial team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of ABM strategies, manage key digital channels (LinkedIn and Google Ads), and drive targeted growth campaigns across our core industry sectors.

Day-to-Day Experience
You will be at the forefront of hyper-targeted engagement, that will shape pipeline growth and build deeper relationships with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

Key Responsibilities
Account-Based Marketing

  • Develop, execute, and optimize ABM campaigns focused on key target accounts across specialty insurance sectors (PV&T, Aviation, Construction and Marine).
  • Work alongside Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align messaging and account strategies.
  • Personalise content, nurture programs, and outreach tactics based on account intelligence.
  • Build and maintain account lists, segmentation strategies, and engagement plans.
  • Measure and report on ABM program success, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

LinkedIn Campaign Management

  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and paid campaigns.
  • Develop and optimize LinkedIn Ads (sponsored content, InMail, lead gen forms) to drive targeted awareness and engagement.
  • Grow the company's ICP-aligned follower base and track content performance.
  • Collaborate with Content and Design teams to develop LinkedIn assets.

Digital Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (limited but strategic spend).
  • Track campaign performance via Looker Studio and provide actionable insights.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in our digital reporting and attribution models.

Qualifications and Skills

Must Have Skills

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B tech, SaaS, or specialty sector.
  • Proven success in designing and executing ABM programs.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid).
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and basic digital performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, in writing and verbally.
