We're now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team.
About The Marketing Manager Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you will drive the company's marketing strategy, lead our content creation efforts, and deliver effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the agency's marketing strategy and activations (including outbound), leading the team and delivering effective campaigns focused on the UK and US markets
- Create great content – and understanding how to make that content work for a given audience. This includes:
- Own our TOV and make sure it shines through everything we do
- Support planning and lead execution of interesting, high-engagement thought leadership content to support our growth objectives (working with writers, designers, and a PR agency).
- Plan and manage snappy, strategic case study content
- Manage both corporate and leader LinkedIn content, as well as corporate Instagram
- Own the content calendar:
- Liaise with marketing leaders from markets to identify content and case activations
- Cascade central efforts from Global
- Maintain the company website and keep content up to date.
- Support our Business Development teams with account-based marketing (ABM) as needed.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and actively seek to make improvements to our marketing based on insights.
- Manage the day-to-day engagement with external PR for Global, and maintain working relationships with other key regional PR agencies
Minimum Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive relevant experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of success in marketing management, with a focus on B2B marketing
- Experience in managing corporate social profiles, inclusive of developing content and implementing best practices
- Experience in managing external PR teams, or own PR agency experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with industry partners and vendors to plan and execute marketing efforts
- Able to work independently while also collaborating and organising activities across our global offices
- Creative thinker – focused on finding new ways to do things
- Proficient in Hubspot and Adobe Creative Suite
Nice To Have
- Experiencing using AI tools to support and improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness a big plus
- Previous business development experience would be a bonus
