We cultivate a culture where collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence are at the heart of everything we do. At Sequentis Health, you’ll be empowered to take ownership of your work, grow your career, and make a real impact on the future of healthcare.

We are currently seeking a Quantitative Researcher to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This pivotal role will help shape our quantitative research function by establishing best practices, leading end-to-end research projects, and enhancing long-term growth through internal capability building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and deliver high-quality quantitative healthcare market research projects (e.g. global tracking/ATUs, segmentations, demand studies).
  • Develop impactful surveys that effectively capture insights aligned with client objectives.
  • Oversee project setup and methodology, collaborating with third-party vendors on survey programming and design.
  • Evaluate and refine quantitative research processes to enhance efficiency and quality-driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships by consistently delivering high-quality, insightful work; contribute to business development efforts where appropriate.
  • Support internal capability building through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and promoting best practices.

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 7+ years of experience in quantitative healthcare market research, ideally across global studies.
  • Proven expertise in survey design, data analysis, and reporting, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing complex research projects, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, DisplayR or similar platforms for visualising and communicating data.
  • Confidence in presenting research findings through clear written reports and engaging presentations, tailored to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy across all aspects of research delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
  • Comfortable working with third-party vendors to support programming and survey design.
  • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary plus discretionary annual bonus
  • Annual Leave: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (with additional days in the 5th and 9th year)
  • Hybrid working
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Life Assurance
  • Private Pension
  • Flu Jabs
