Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Bradford, BD3
Salary: £16 per hour + Time & 1/3 for Weekends + £70 per sleep
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Mental Health, age 7 to 17 on Admission
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Equivalent
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 Years within a Children’s Residential, ideally EBD or Mental Health

You will have a sound knowledge of and experience in:
As Deputy Manager, you must lead and manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager. You will support Residential Support Workers (RSWs) and Seniors/Team Leaders to be ambitious for every child and help them achieve their potential. You will ensure the home maintains its high standard of care, resources, and opportunities in line with the home's Statement of Purpose.
This independent organisation operates two homes catering to young people with complex mental health needs.
