This role as a Solution Architect involves leading the design and development of products supporting national security missions, including cyber, communications monitoring, anti-terrorism, and serious crime areas.

The role includes the following tasks:

1. Technical design of multi-component data processing systems, understanding requirements, elaborating solutions, and collaborating with development teams.
2. Documenting designs, estimates, and conducting peer reviews and solution reviews.
3. Creating content for proposals and contracts, covering requirements, scope, delivery approach, and risks.
4. Innovating design aspects within existing solution patterns.

Essential Experience and Skills:

• Strong background in software, hardware, or digital systems, capable of working at both high and detailed levels.
• Experience with data processing system design or implementation, including capture, processing, storage, and visualization; familiarity with AI/ML and Big Data.
• Hands-on experience with system installation, configuration, scripting, and debugging.
• Data analysis skills, including working with multiple datasets and search/filter techniques.
• Knowledge of IP networks, data protocols, and cyber attack vectors.
• Willingness to travel internationally several times a year, sometimes on short notice.
