Program Overview & Role Description & Responsibilities

• As an Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes in Northern Europe, you'll be part of a supportive team working directly with our customers to address their key challenges.
• Develop and maintain expertise on the industrial application of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
• Understand customer business processes and use cases, then align them with DS recommended industry best practices.
• Demonstrate configured solutions to customers, focusing on delivering value.
• Validate and test that configured functionalities meet customer requirements, processes, and expectations.
• Provide functional support during development and daily operations, contributing to organization-wide transformation programs and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, proactive candidates with a Computer Science Degree or similar, capable of quick learning, task focus, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of programming languages, automated deployment tools (SCCM, InTune, Ansible), monitoring tools (Grafana/Elastic), networking, JAVA, Python, PowerShell, Bash, containers (Docker), and data analytics.
• A passion for solving real-world challenges and coding experience is a bonus.
• Effective communicator comfortable with diverse audiences, from technical experts to those with low digital literacy.
• A positive team player eager to help colleagues and improve oneself.
• Interest in sustainable innovation in product lifecycle management, engineering design, digital manufacturing, and data sciences.
