About the Role

As a Section Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards across your section, maximising availability and driving sales. Your responsibilities include maintaining shop floor standards, coaching your team, ensuring merchandising and operational standards are met, and overseeing the safe and smooth running of back-of-house areas. You may need to multi-task and work across various store areas. This role offers opportunities for retail development.

You'll work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and late nights. Occasionally, you may be solely responsible for the store, requiring confidence in overseeing store operations.
