About the Role

As a Night Section Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards, maximize availability, and drive sales. You'll maintain shop floor standards, coach your team, and ensure merchandising and operational standards are met. You may work across various store areas and sometimes be solely responsible for the store, overseeing operations confidently.

You'll work a three-week rolling rota including weekends, evenings, and late nights, adapting to a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will ensure a great shopping experience for customers.
