We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee to join our Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Market Making team. As a member of one of Europe's leading ETF Market Making desks, you will gain valuable insights into the rapidly expanding European ETF ecosystem and participate in various challenging projects.

Your primary role will be to support the ETF Sales Trading team and assist Sales Traders with daily tasks, including:

1. Supporting KYC-related activities
2. Assisting in onboarding new ETF Issuers
3. Sending inventory and flow reports to ETF Issuers
4. Performing various ad hoc pre- and post-trading tasks
5. Automating processes using applications such as Python
6. Conducting ad-hoc analyses aligned with market developments
7. Creating market analysis reports
8. Managing organizational tasks
