Lawflex is seeking a qualified Commercial Counsel with 4+ years’ PQE to support one of our clients, a dynamic organisation operating in the media licensing domain. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded legal professional with experience engaging with media studios and managing licensing agreements.

• Location: Chiswick, London -at least 2 days per week onsite
• Commitment: Approx. 20 hours/week, flexible
• Duration: Initial 2-month engagement with potential for extension

Role Requirements:

• Strong commercial contracts background with demonstrable experience in media licensing
• Ideally prior experience working with or for media studios
• Comfortable working independently with excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Any experience as Business Affairs Counsel or Manager highly valuable for this role working in media distribution.
