A leading company in the facilities management sector seeks a Bid Writing Lead to manage and mentor a team of Bid Writers. This role emphasizes high-quality bid content development and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in bid writing and management. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure bids are compelling and competitive, while also supporting team members' development.
Reporting to the Bid Excellence Director, the Bid Writing Lead will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and coaching Bid Writers within the Bid Excellence team to develop high-quality content for bids and proposals, with a focus on continuous improvement in bid quality. This role involves both day-to-day line management and oversight and review of bids produced by the team.
This is a networked role requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
