Mid-Level Digital Producer

Atomized Studios creates content for brands, organisations and broadcasters. We are a fast-growing production company currently evolving by integrating technology into our content offerings.

This role involves working in our AI-focused content lab, Creative Intelligence, leading the coordination and production of engaging websites and digital experiences, and exploring emerging technologies like AI, immersive media, and creative tools.

You will collaborate with top production and marketing talent on projects with a purpose-led focus. The environment is highly creative, entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and energetic. You will report to a Senior Digital Producer and work closely with them. Recent projects include:

• McCain: An interactive Smart Article to communicate McCain’s regenerative agriculture program, combining design with interactive storytelling.
• EY – AI Governance: An AI-driven film pairing Non-Executive Directors with AI experts, using avatars and AI voiceovers to explain tech like Quantum Computing.
• RE:TV – 5th Anniversary Nightcap: An interactive experience bringing the Amazon rainforest to West London using AI visuals, soundscapes, and projection mapping.

We seek a Digital Producer, preferably with a digital agency background, with strong web and interactive content production skills. You will blend creative, technical, and project management abilities to deliver websites, AI projects, and digital tools, working with designers, developers, and clients.

Responsibilities

1. You will dedicate approximately 70–75% of your time to web project development and delivery.
2. This hybrid role combines creative, research, design, producing, coordination, and delivery tasks. You will serve as Producer, Project Manager, Account Manager, and Researcher at different project stages.
3. Work across digital and AI projects.

Website & Interactive Projects

• Interpreting client briefs
• Developing creative solutions and proposals
• Collaborating with internal and external teams
• Managing design and development with external agencies
• Handling costs and project budgets
• Managing content workflows and CMS updates
• Coordinating with SEO partners
• Testing websites across devices
• Reviewing work and managing client approvals

AI Work

• Supporting the team in exploring and testing emerging AI technologies
• Researching industry developments in AI
• Testing production tools
• Learning and implementing AI tools like Yoodli under guidance

Requirements

• 5+ years digital production experience
• Passion for digital and high-quality production
• Understanding of web and digital technologies
• Curiosity about AI, experience with tools like ChatGPT or similar
• Ability to use design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with UX/wireframes
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Independent and team-oriented work ethic
• Solution-oriented, highly organized, good communicator
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

• Excited about new technologies and innovation

Other Useful Experience

• Experience with GenAI for image/video production
