The Assistant Producer will originate and produce excellent content, contributing creative ideas and high-quality content production skills, including research, technical operations, audio, online, and interactive production activities.
Main Responsibilities
The Assistant Producer assists in preparing and producing content for the radio station websites and BBC Sounds to maximize the impact of radio programmes and networks. This includes research, planning, technical operations, and audio, video, online, and interactive production work. They work under the guidance of senior colleagues to ensure content complies with BBC and external guidelines and legislation, and refer matters of controversy or editorial concern upward.
