Job description

Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Night Shift Cleaning Supervisor to support the main supervisor by overseeing cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with team management, training, and inventory control, while also performing cleaning duties as needed.

The shift patterns are Monday - Friday 10.30pm - 5am, Saturdays 7pm - 1.30am, Sundays 9pm - 3.30am. The shifts will total 36 hours a week.

You will be joining our Total FM team based in Hatfield. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage work schedules, allocate additional tasks, and cover absences, supporting a team of 7 cleaners
• Conduct performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback.
• Inspect cleaned areas to ensure they meet required standards of cleanliness
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards
• Handles related administrative tasks.

Key requirements:

• Experience of working in similar role and use of cleaning machinery
• Good attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated with a flexible approach
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
