Job summary

Academics Ltd in Ilkley is recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to build confidence, gain classroom experience, and explore a variety of school environments across our network of partner schools. You'll have access to roles as Teaching Assistant or Teacher, with flexible arrangements to fit your development needs and the chance to experience different age groups before September opportunities.

We provide ongoing support from experienced education consultants and pathways into long-term

Qualifications

• Have recently achieved QTS or be due to qualify soon.
• Be passionate about education and supporting young people.
• Have strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work across a network of partner primary schools in Ilkley and surrounding areas.
• Support class teachers and contribute to delivering engaging lessons.
