Job summary

Academics is recruiting ECTs and those close to QTS to gain hands-on classroom experience across our Camberley partner schools. The roles include Teaching Assistant and Teaching positions, with flexible arrangements designed to build confidence and practical teaching skills.

You will receive ongoing support from experienced education consultants, helping you develop your practice and progression toward longer-term school roles.

Are you an ECT/newly qualified teacher or due to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) soon? Looking to build your confidence, gain valuable classroom experience, and explore a variety of school environments.
