Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with special educational needs?

You’ll join a dedicated and supportive team focused on providing high-quality, individualised education that meets the needs of every learner. Starting September 2025.

Duties as ECT Class Teacher:

1. Deliver tailored lessons that support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, MLD, SEMH, or PMLD.
2. Work closely with experienced support staff, therapists, and senior leaders.
3. Adapt and differentiate the curriculum to ensure all pupils make meaningful progress.
4. Foster a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
5. Engage in high-quality mentoring and professional development as part of your ECT induction.

Ideal ECT Teacher:

• A committed and reflective teacher holding or working towards QTS.
• A genuine interest in and understanding of SEND education.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach.
• High expectations for all learners, with a focus on individual potential as an ECT Teacher.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and learn from experienced colleagues.
