As a PMY, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons and interventions tailored to small groups and individual students.
Support the class teacher with planning and delivering high-quality lessons.
Use your expertise to support students academic and personal development.
Foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Act as a mentor and role model, encouraging positive behaviour and attitudes toward learning.

Requirements:
We are looking for a PMY who has:

QTS for ECT applicants or HLTA status for those applying as support staff.
A passion for supporting childrens learning and well-being.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.
A proactive, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to education.
Eligibility:

Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the online update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Two professional references covering at least the last two years.
