As a Study Director within Ecotoxicology, you'll be at the forefront of aquatic ecotoxicology research, working within a close-knit team in state-of-the-art laboratories just a stone's throw from the sea.

Your role:

1. Leading and directing GLP-compliant acute and chronic aquatic ecotoxicology studies, both marine and freshwater, with support from a collaborative scientific team.
2. Working closely with sponsors to develop bespoke study designs and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
3. Mentoring junior scientists and playing a key role in maintaining scientific excellence across the lab.
4. Ensuring regulatory standards are met and audits are handled with confidence and integrity.
5. Contributing to business growth through strong client relationships and a proactive mindset.

You'll Bring:

1. A degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in a relevant scientific field.
2. Experience as a Study Director, preferably in a GLP setting.
3. Experience in ecotoxicology, preferably aquatic.
4. Exceptional communication skills.
5. A drive for continuous improvement, ability to think commercially and scientifically - helping deliver beyond expectations.
