Job summary

Barclays seeks an Economic Crime Desktop Procedure Manager to develop, maintain, and enhance desktop procedures that support economic crime risk management across the Business Banking division. You will act as the central expert for procedural documentation, ensuring processes remain accurate, effective, and aligned to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive first-line Economic Crime experience identifying, assessing and mitigating risks across operations and products.
• Solid understanding of UK financial crime regulatory frameworks and AML guidance.
• Experience drafting and maintaining desktop procedures and guidance materials.

• Develop strategic direction for risk and implement up-to-date methodologies and processes.
• Lead and manage risk department performance, priorities, and efficiency.
