Job summary

Peaple Talent Ltd partners with a world-renowned agency to recruit a Senior Econometrician specializing in Econometrics and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) for London. You will lead MMM projects from data exploration to presenting insights, driving client value through analytics.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external clients in a flexible hybrid setup, with 2–3 days per week in the office, and receive ongoing training and development support.

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience working with marketing/media datasets.

As part of exciting expansion plans, we’re looking for a Senior Econometrician with expertise in Econometrics / Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) to join their high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Senior Econometrician, you'll be at the forefront of delivering advanced MMM and econometric modelling projects. From initial data exploration to presenting actionable insight, you’ll play a key role in helping clients get the most from their marketing spend.

• Transform complex data and model outputs into actionable insights that create real value
• Deliver high-quality MMM and analytics projects across major client accounts
• Build strong, consultative relationships with internal teams and external clients

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a commercially savvy Econometrician with a passion for turning data into strategic action. You’ve worked hands-on with MMM projects and are comfortable navigating marketing/media datasets to uncover trends and efficiencies.

• Solid coding experience in SQL, R or Python
• Strong understanding of marketing, media, and promotional strategies
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modelling / Econometric Modelling
• A confident communicator and collaborative team player
• Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into business impact
