Job summary

Size? Group is seeking a Digital Trade Executive to support day-to-day trading across the Size? eCommerce business. The role links digital and commercial teams to drive sales, traffic and customer engagement across channels.

You will monitor KPIs, assist with reporting, and help deliver product launches, campaigns and optimised web merchandising. Collaboration with CRM, SEO, content, marketing and buying teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, digital trading or online merchandising.
• Strong commercial awareness with retail interest.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day trading of the Size? website and digital channels.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV and revenue.
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly trade reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve trading performance and customer experience.
• Support promotional planning and campaign execution.
• Act as a central contact between Digital Trading and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with CRM to align email campaigns with launches.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Affiliate, SEO and Content teams to maximise visibility.
• Support product launches and seasonal campaigns across digital channels.
• Review onsite customer journeys and ensure launches reflect accurately.
