Job summary

Size? Group (JD Sports Fashion) is seeking a Digital Trade Executive to support the day-to-day trading and optimise the Size? website across digital channels. You will act as a bridge between digital and commercial teams to drive sales, traffic and customer engagement.

You will collaborate with CRM, Paid Media, Affiliates, SEO, Content, Marketing, Buying, Merchandising and Web Merchandising to maximise campaign impact, launches and promotions, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in ecommerce, digital trading or online merchandising.
Strong commercial awareness and retail interest.
Self-motivated with deadline-driven delivery and good organisation.
Comfort with datasets and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, GA).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day trading of the Size? website and digital channels.
Monitor KPIs: sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, revenue.
Assist with daily, weekly, monthly trade reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve trading performance and customer experience.
Support promotional planning and campaign execution.
Coordinate with CRM, Paid Media, Affiliate, SEO, Content, Marketing, Buying, Merchandising teams.
Assist in product launches and campaigns across digital channels.
Review onsite journeys and optimise product placement and navigation.
Provide regular insights on customer behaviour and onsite performance.
