Job summary

Tangle Teezer Ltd is seeking an analytical Sales Assistant, Ecommerce to support growth across UK, EU and expansion markets. You’ll monitor sales performance, check inventory levels, create listings, and manage day-to-day operations of our marketplaces.

This entry role offers exposure to ecommerce account management within a high‑performing team. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in ecommerce or Amazon support, strong data skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in e-commerce, sales or Amazon account support.
• Familiar with e-commerce KPIs (sell-in, sell-through, conversion).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with logistics, marketing and sales.
• Willing to learn and grow in the e-commerce space.
• Experience with Vendor Central or Seller Central preferred.
• Hands-on with Profitero, Helium 10 and Jungle Scout.

Responsibilities

• Report and analyse weekly sales, inventory and forecasts.
• Perform daily competitive analysis to inform pricing and promotions.
• Create ongoing reporting templates (Excel and PPT) for management.
• Collaborate with logistics and AVS teams for orders and issues.
• Setup new product lines across ecommerce retailers.
• Maintain product pages via Vendor Central and Brand Registry tools.
• Coordinate with Amazon Vendor Support and AVS to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on Amazon policies and platform changes.
