Job summary

Tangle Teezer Ltd is seeking an analytical Sales Assistant, Ecommerce to support growth across UK, EU, and expansion markets. You will monitor sales performance, manage inventory checks, and handle product listing creation for multiple marketplaces.

This entry role offers exposure to ecommerce account management within a high-performing team. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in ecommerce or related fields, familiarity with KPIs, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or Amazon account support (internships welcome).
• Familiarity with KPIs like sell-in, sell-through, and conversion rates.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to data accuracy and content quality.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills across multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and sales teams.
• Basic understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central; exposure preferred.
• Experience with tools such as Profitero, Helium 10, Jungle Scout is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report and analyse weekly sales, inventory, and forecast data.
• Perform daily competitive analysis to inform pricing and promotions.
• Create and maintain reporting templates (Excel, PowerPoint) for management.
• Coordinate with logistics and AVS teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Manage setup of new product lines across ecommerce retailers.
• Support creation and maintenance of product detail pages via Vendor/Seller Central.
