Job summary

Easyship is seeking an eCommerce Merchandiser for our London team, focusing on the resale of returned inventory. You will assess items, set pricing, and list them across channels to maximise recovery value while managing aging stock and margins. This role requires strong commercial sense, attention to detail, and data-driven decision making.

Occasional travel to Corby is required. Ideal candidates have experience with eBay or similar marketplaces, are highly organised, and comfortable handling

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce resale across marketplaces such as eBay or similar.
• Strong pricing judgement and margin recovery calculations.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Highly organised with ability to manage high volumes of time-sensitive stock.

Responsibilities

• Assess, grade, and triage returned items to decide the best route for each unit.
• Set pricing and resale strategy to maximise recovery value while balancing speed and margin.
• List and present items across resale channels with accurate titles, photos, and descriptions.
• Manage stock flow to keep aging inventory low and prioritise high-value units.
• Choose between bulk and individual resale based on value potential.
• Track recovery rate, sell-through, inventory aging, and margin per unit; refine strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Operations, and Compliance to keep the programme running smoothly.
