Job Description As part of the Global eCommerce organisation, the Testing & Personalisation team plays a key role in improving the LEGO.com experience for our shoppers helping to build direct and lasting relationships with our fans. We’re looking for an experienced Optimisation Testing Manager to join the team and take ownership of one of the three optimisation testing programs running across LEGO.com. This is a highly collaborative, data-driven role for someone who is naturally curious and proactive in finding opportunities to improve commercial performance. You’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders to develop compelling test hypotheses, manage tests from end to end, interpret the results and turn the data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions.
We’re pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home. Relocation & visa assistance is not offered for this position. The closing date for all applications will be Tuesday 8th September 2026.
