Skopes, a leading menswear retailer, is hiring an Assistant Merchandiser - Third Party Ecommerce to join our Leeds head office. This full-time role supports planning and execution of product strategies for third-party platforms, aiming to optimise sales and customer experience.

You will onboard products, manage listings, monitor stock across channels, and assist in reporting and promotional activity. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in merchandising/ecommerce, strong Excel skills, and

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in merchandising, ecommerce & retail planning.
• Familiar with product setup templates or digital asset management.
• Experience listing products on third‑party platforms.
• Strong numeracy with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with retail systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication with internal teams and partners.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
• Experience in planning and ranging.
• Able to identify and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and listing management for third-party platforms.
• Manage product data, imagery and descriptions for new seasons.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory across channels.
• Support weekly/monthly sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with merchandising, buying, marketing and logistics teams.
• Plan future assortments and present ranges for sign-off.
• Coordinate promotional calendars with partner platforms.
