·Leeds office based

·Opportunity to work from home 3 days one week, 2 days the next (5 days in a two-week period).

·Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

The Role (12 months maternity cover)

The eCommerce Marketplace Manager will oversee daily management of Amazon and other marketplaces, collaborating on strategic e-Commerce initiatives with the Senior International/EU eCommerce Manager and the MD/VP UK, China & International. The primary focus will be to drive sales of existing products and launch new products online. The role involves participating in a wider EU Amazon working group, sharing knowledge and best practices, and consulting with our US team on reporting and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the marketplace strategy for the UK, working with senior management.
  • Manage daily operations and development of third-party online channels, especially Amazon 1P and 3P.
  • Optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Create and optimize product listings to increase visibility and sales.
  • Develop and manage review generation programs.
  • Support Amazon asset creation, including new listings, A+, and brand pages.
  • Conduct market research on competitors for growth opportunities.
  • Produce weekly sales reports and analyze performance trends.
  • Identify factors affecting product trends and develop strategies to address issues.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve conversion rates, including pricing, PPC, packaging, coupons, and customer communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for successful product launches.
  • Work with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability, quality, packaging, and certifications.

Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience on Amazon, preferably both 1P and 3P.
  • Experience with other platforms like eBay and OnBuy.
  • Budget management and forecasting skills.
  • Stock control expertise.
