Job Description:

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be UK residents residing within commutable distance to Leeds. We cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates at this time.

(12 months maternity cover)

Leeds office based, with opportunity to work from home 3 days one week and 2 days the next (total 5 days in a two-week period).

Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

The Role (12 months maternity cover)

The eCommerce Marketplace Manager will oversee daily management of Amazon and other marketplaces, collaborating on strategic e-Commerce initiatives with senior management. The focus will be on increasing sales of existing products and launching new ones online. The role involves working with a wider EU Amazon group and consulting with our US team on reporting and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the marketplace strategy for the UK, collaborating with senior management.
• Manage all third-party online channels, especially Amazon 1P and 3P.
• Optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Create and improve product listings for maximum visibility and sales.
• Develop and manage review generation programs.
• Support asset creation for listings with global Amazon marketing teams.
• Conduct market research on competitors and market trends.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and insights.
• Analyze product performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and optimize costs, including pricing, PPC, packaging, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and supply chain management.

Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience with Amazon, including both 1P and 3P.
• Experience with other platforms like eBay and OnBuy.
• Budget management and forecasting skills.
