Job Description:

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be UK residents residing within commutable distance to Leeds. We cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates at this time.

(12 months maternity cover)

· Leeds office based

· Opportunity to work from home 3 days one week, 2 days the next (total 5 days in a two-week period).

· Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week)

Role Overview (12 months maternity cover):

The eCommerce Marketplace Manager will oversee daily management of Amazon and other marketplaces, collaborating on strategic e-Commerce initiatives with senior management. The focus is on increasing sales of existing products and launching new ones online, sharing best practices within a wider EU Amazon group and with our US team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement marketplace strategies in collaboration with senior management.
• Manage daily operations of third-party online channels, especially Amazon 1P and 3P.
• Optimize Amazon advertising campaigns for performance and ROI.
• Create and optimize product listings to maximize views and sales.
• Manage review generation programs.
• Support asset creation for Amazon listings with global teams.
• Conduct market research on competitors and growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports for the team.
• Analyze product trends and develop strategies to address issues.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve conversion rates, including pricing, PPC, packaging, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability, quality, and compliance.

Experience:

• At least 4 years of Amazon platform experience, including 1P and 3P.
• Experience with other platforms like eBay and OnBuy.
• Budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Stock management experience.
