Not Swiss Cheese is a direct-to-consumer website focused on offering simple sleep solutions to thriving and maturing professionals for the Western markets.

The Role

As a full-time Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you’ll report directly to the CEO and act as second-in-command. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial position: you’ll own our D2C growth engines, take smart risks, and help chart our long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L & Growth: Drive revenue and margin across Shopify, Amazon, Google & Meta ads, email and SEO.
  • Campaign Leadership: Plan, launch, and optimize targeted, surgical marketing campaigns and product rollouts.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Develop SOPs, set performance targets, and manage freelance media buyers and agency partners.
  • Brand Building: Accelerate our transition from a marketplace-first model to a brand-first approach—own creative direction, messaging, and positioning.
  • New Markets & Products: Lead cross-functional projects to expand into new categories and geographies.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the CEO on growth strategy, risk assessment, and major business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience in North America, Europe, or the Middle East.
  • Proven track record with launching, managing and scaling multi-channel ecommerce campaigns (Google, Meta, email, social media marekting, SEO; Amazon experience is a bonus).
  • Expertise in product / brand launches or dropshipping-style rollouts that hit or exceed targets.
  • Data-driven mindset: you live by KPIs, refine processes, and pivot quickly based on insights.
  • Excellent communicator and project manager, comfortable leading internal teams and external partners.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent hands-on experience.
