About the Role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimising the full eCommerce experience. Using platforms like Google Analytics, you'll analyse user behaviour and track KPIs to guide data-driven decision-making. You'll lead CRO initiatives through testing and iterative improvements, while enhancing the end-to-end customer journey across all eCommerce storefronts.
Key responsibilities include delivering targeted campaigns, refining on-site UX, and ensuring content is locally relevant for international audiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost organic traffic, elevate SEO performance, and increase revenue from non-paid channels. You'll also lead the rollout of improvements aimed at increasing engagement, lowering bounce rates, and maximising conversion.
