If you are a collaborative, data-driven professional who thrives when given the autonomy to own your space, this is your invitation to help shape what comes next.

Operations Oversight: Partner closely with global Supply, Logistics, and 3PL teams to ensure optimal stock cover across all SKUs and guarantee seamless order delivery to our international community.
Team Leadership: Support, coach, and develop 1-2 Ecommerce Executives, fostering a supportive environment where they can learn and manage day-to-day site merchandising and trading activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the UK D2C team and wider global functions (Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain) to ensure a cohesive, efficient, and integrated online presence.
Proven Track Record: Significant experience in an e-commerce trading or management role, with a demonstrable history of delivering commercial results specifically across international markets (EMEA & RoW).
Commercial Acumen: Strong track record of sales forecasting, budgeting, and proactively managing daily market performance to hit aggressive revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Strategy Alignment: A deep understanding of e-commerce trading levers and the proven ability to partner closely with internal performance marketing and CRM functions, aligning acquisition and retention strategies to meet market revenue targets.
Platform & Analytics Expertise: Hands‑on experience executing site merchandising within a major e‑commerce CMS. Proficiency in digital analytics tools (GA4) and CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is essential.
UX & CRO Implementation: Highly detail‑oriented and data‑driven, with practical experience identifying onsite friction points and driving conversion rate optimisation (CRO) through A/B testing.
