IAG Loyalty manages the Avios currency, which millions of customers collect and spend every year through our range of loyalty programmes. We offer many ways for customers to collect and spend Avios, from using our branded credit cards, shopping, or holidaying, with over 125 partners. We also create proprietary Avios collection and spend products and services, fully managed on our platforms.
We are looking for a leader to manage a team of eCommerce Managers to develop testing strategies aimed at optimizing engagement, user experience, and incremental value.
Responsibilities include owning and executing the website and app trading plans for multiple B2C categories and B2B partners to drive revenue, margin, and customer engagement/acquisition. You will strategize with the Merchandising Lead to manage product and category merchandising, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales performance.
You will define, develop, and execute the online trading calendar, working closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Category, Data, and Digital teams. Additionally, you will analyze customer behavior, sales data, and marketing activities to optimize traffic and conversion rates. Focusing on personalization, you will work with CX, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey. You will also leverage data insights and digital KPIs to provide actionable recommendations, collaborating with CX teams to improve CLTV, retention, and AOV.
You will own the global weekly trading for all Avios B2C categories and other digital businesses aligned with business goals. You will maintain an 18-month rolling activity plan to support prioritization and objectives. You will identify and react to commercial opportunities and risks, balancing stakeholder priorities with a focus on performance and customer experience.
You will lead content management, merchandising, CRO, SEO, and digital product teams, championing best practices and innovation with a test-and-learn approach. You will act as a stakeholder for retail product teams, helping to inform product roadmaps to support issuance goals.
You are an experienced global eCommerce retailer with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen, confident in implementing revenue-driving tactics beyond discounts. You have a proven track record in digital trading or merchandising, ideally within DTC brands, with multi-channel experience as an advantage.
You can prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams. You possess strong analytical skills, using data to inform decisions and solve problems. You understand customer behavior, conversion funnels, and buying lifecycles to shape trade planning and tactics. Experience with e-commerce, analytics, and martech is required. You are target-driven with a strong commercial sense, knowing which levers to pull to drive performance. Lastly, you are a clear, engaging communicator who can inspire a team to deliver excellent customer experiences and business results.
