Job summary

The Dev Hub in Gloucester is seeking an experienced developer to design, build and maintain internal applications and integrations that keep the ecommerce business running efficiently.

You'll work with ecommerce, operations and marketing teams, own projects from initial specification through deployment, and implement automation that reduces manual effort. This is a hands-on role with real impact across the business.

Proficiency in Python and experience with Shopify integrations are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience building applications and services from scratch.
• Experience with APIs, REST, JSON and webhooks.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with Shopify ecommerce platform.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or other business system integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from initial specification through to deployment.
• Build solutions that automate processes and connect business-critical systems.
• Remove manual effort by implementing effective integrations.
