Job summary

ThePlaceToBe in Leeds is seeking a Shopify Developer to own and evolve our ecommerce platform. You’ll deliver new features, optimise performance and enhance the user journey to drive engagement and conversion across devices.

Join a fast-growing retail brand; you’ll collaborate with ecommerce, marketing and creative teams, implementing commercially impactful UI and backend improvements that support ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications

• Previous experience developing and maintaining Shopify websites.
• Experience building, customising or redesigning Shopify stores.
• Good understanding of ecommerce best practice, UX and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
• Commercial mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience within a retail, fashion or consumer ecommerce environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify apps, third-party integrations and ongoing website optimisation.

About the role...

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Shopify Developer who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial thinking. Working closely with the ecommerce, marketing and creative teams, you'll take ownership of the website, delivering new functionality, improving performance and ensuring a seamless customer journey that drives engagement and conversion.

What you'll be doing day to day...
