Job summary

TD SYNNEX UK&I is seeking an eCommerce Enablement Executive to drive digital commerce initiatives across customer engagement, eCommerce, and digital integration. The role focuses on promoting eCommerce tools, improving webshop and EDI processes, and delivering customer-centric training to internal teams and clients.

You will collaborate with the UK&I eCommerce Enablement Manager to support feature development, testing, and release readiness, while tracking adoption metrics and risks to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience with eCommerce tools and SAP is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to adapt to changing environments and collaborate across regions.

Responsibilities

• Align and promote the use of eCommerce tools internally and externally, delivering targeted training and support to internal teams and customers.
• Oversee webshop offering and EDI integration support, identifying automation opportunities to enhance scalability.
• Serve as the first escalation point for local eCommerce issues and document learnings for future improvements.
• Collaborate on UK&I eCommerce initiatives with the eCommerce Enablement Manager and support feature development, testing, and release readiness.
• Monitor adoption metrics, project milestones, issues and risks, and report findings.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operational Responsibilities (Local & Customer-Facing):

• Working with the eCommerce Enablement Manager to align & promote the use of eCommerce tools internally and externally (including site visits), delivering targeted training sessions and support materials to internal teams and customers to increase eCommerce tool adoption and usage.
• Oversee and continuously improve the webshop offering and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integration support processes, identifying opportunities for automation to enhance scalability.
• Serve as the first escalation point for local eCommerce issues, ensuring quick resolution and documenting learnings for future improvements.

Strategic & Cross-Regional Collaboration

• Implement UK&I eCommerce initiatives aligned with business plans and KPIs.
• Coordinate with the UK&I eCommerce Enablement Manager to support feature development, testing, and release readiness.
• Stay current on customer expectations and market trends to influence the evolution of eCommerce and EDI offerings.
• Report on adoption metrics, project milestones, issues, and risks.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of some, or all, of the following: eCommerce, digital platforms, EDI and SAP is an advantage
• Demonstrate business acumen with a focus on excellent customer service, have good communication skills and be confident to present at multiple levels, face to face or via MS Teams to our customers
• Analytical capabilities
