Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an eCommerce Enablement Executive to drive the digital transformation of our customers. You will work across customer engagement, eCommerce, and digital integration to unlock platform potential, streamline processes, and enhance the customer experience.

You will collaborate with the eCommerce Enablement Manager to promote tool adoption, lead training sessions, and support internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with eCommerce platforms and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across levels.
• Analytical mindset with ability to prioritise and structure workload.

Responsibilities

• Work with the eCommerce Enablement Manager to promote use of eCommerce tools and deliver training.
• Oversee webshop and EDI integration support, identify automation opportunities.
• Serve as first escalation point for local eCommerce issues and document learnings.
• Implement UK&I eCommerce initiatives aligned with business plans and KPIs.
• Coordinate feature development, testing, and release readiness.
• Report adoption metrics, milestones, issues and risks.

If you need adjustments during the recruitment process, just ask.## **What You'll Be Doing**Operational Responsibilities (Local & Customer-Facing):* Working with the eCommerce Enablement Manager to align & promote the use of eCommerce tools internally and externally (including site visits), delivering targeted training sessions and support materials to internal teams and customers to increase eCommerce tool adoption and usage.* Oversee and continuously improve the webshop offering and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integration support processes, identifying opportunities for automation to enhance scalability.* Serve as the first escalation point for local eCommerce issues, ensuring quick resolution and documenting learnings for future improvements.Strategic & Cross-Regional Collaboration:* Implement UK&I eCommerce initiatives aligned with business plans and KPIs.* Coordinate with the UK&I eCommerce Enablement Manager to support feature development, testing, and release readiness.* Stay current on customer expectations and market trends to influence the evolution of eCommerce and EDI offerings.* Report on adoption metrics, project milestones, issues, and risks.## ## **What You’ll Bring*** Strong understanding of some, or all, of the following: eCommerce, digital platforms, EDI and SAP is an advantage* Demonstrate business acumen with a focus on excellent customer service, have good communication skills and be confident to present at multiple levels, face to face or via MS Teams to our customers* Analytical capabilities* Structure workload independently and deliver based on defined priorities* Encourage an open dialogue and debate* Eager to learn and adapt swiftly to changing environments**Are you ready to help shape the future of digital customer engagement?
