TD SYNNEX is seeking an Ecommerce integration specialist to help customers move from manual processes to electronic platforms and digital solutions. You will onboard, test, support, and continuously improve our digital and e-commerce offerings, working alongside IT, operations and commercial teams.

You will configure, test and validate customer integrations (EDI, API, XML, web portals), troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to promote successful adoption. This role is not a people manager.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support customer integrations and transitioning from manual or legacy processes to electronic platforms and digital solutions.


• Configure, test, and validate customer integrations, including EDI, API, XML, and web portal solutions.


• Work closely with IT, operations, and commercial teams to coordinate integration projects and timelines.


• Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues during implementation and rollout phases.


• Deliver customer training and support sessions to encourage successful adoption of electronic solutions.


• Provide technical support and act as a key point of contact for integration-related queries.


• Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and customer configuration guides.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital and e-commerce platforms.


• Undertake additional project and operational activities as required.


• This is not a people management position.

• Previous experience in a customer integration, e-commerce, technical support, or systems-related role.


• Understanding of electronic integration technologies such as EDI, API, XML, or similar data exchange solutions.
