Harrods is seeking a Production Lead to manage the end-to-end ecommerce image production process from a fast-paced creative studio environment. You will lead a Production team, ensure content is delivered on time and to high quality standards, and coordinate studio scheduling to meet trading deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a data-driven approach to improve efficiency while maintaining exceptional delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading teams within high-volume photographic, creative, or ecommerce production.
• Strong knowledge of studio scheduling, including model casting and freelance talent management.
• Advanced organisational skills and ability to analyse production data to drive decisions.

• Lead and develop the Production team to deliver high-quality ecommerce imagery on time.
• Oversee end-to-end ecommerce image production across multiple product categories.
• Collaborate with Creative, Trade and Buying stakeholders to manage workflow and deadlines.
