Job summary

Boots UK is seeking an Ecommerce Trading & Optimisation Lead to represent the brand across categories on boots.com, driving revenue and growth. You will own day-to-day trading, optimise on Boots.com and Boots.ie, and report to the Ecommerce Trading Manager while collaborating with Merchandising & Optimisation teams.

Based in Nottingham with occasional travel to London for partner liaison. You’ll use data and insights to shape customer-focused plans, manage cross-functional partners, and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in online trading with a strong grasp of performance marketing and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable trading plans and growth strategies.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profit targets for your brand by optimizing traffic and conversion on boots.com.
• Own e-commerce metrics and optimisation across Boots.com and Boots.ie.
• Leverage brand insights and customer data to shape customer-focused plans.
• Coordinate with copy, SEO, AB testing, supply, PM and other teams to deliver activities.
• Provide full financial performance reporting weekly, monthly and ad hoc.
