About the Graduate Scheme

At Mountain Warehouse, Ecommerce is central to our ambitious multichannel and international growth strategy. Our latest graduate scheme offers you the opportunity to shape your career in the fast-moving world of retail Ecommerce through a unique rotational programme.

The 18-month scheme is based at our Head Office in Victoria, where you will work across multiple key roles within the department, providing a solid foundation in digital commerce. By the end of the rotation, you will understand how Ecommerce operates at Mountain Warehouse and develop the skills to build a successful future with us.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driving sales and improving profitability on our websites and third-party channels (Amazon, eBay, Next, and more)
2. Planning and executing campaigns within our Email/CRM team
3. Acquiring new customers through our performance marketing team
4. Maintaining trading calendars, driving promotions, and identifying market-specific opportunities
5. Collaborating with team managers to develop strategies and enhance international performance
6. Compiling business opportunity cases and conducting market analysis
7. Researching and reporting on outdoor retail consumer trends

Ideal Candidate Profile

· A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
· Passion for Ecommerce and digital marketing
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, with high attention to detail
· Good teamwork skills with the ability to prioritize workload
· Genuine interest in a retail Ecommerce career
· Creativity and willingness to challenge the status quo
