Job summary

THG Beauty is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to support website performance, banner activation, and trade plan execution. You’ll work with a manager to implement initiatives across channels, ensuring accuracy and a customer-focused site experience.

Key responsibilities include daily performance reporting, opportunities tracking, and close collaboration with Buying to optimize GP metrics. A data-driven, proactive mindset and strong analytical skills are essential.

Why be a Ecommerce Executive at THG Beauty?

Supports overall performance of the website; ensures banners are live, GWPs actioned and performance is where it needs to be. Works with Manager to bring the trade plan to life, collaborating with key channels and categories.

As an Ecommerce Executive you’ll:

• Systems: competently use TeePee, Superset, Tableau, ContentSquare, Campaign Manager and GA; can manipulate SQL queries with support.


• Offers: independently set up all offer types.


• KPIs: demonstrate strong understanding of Revenue, GP, AOV, CVR & Traffic and their relationship, suggesting actions to influence them.


• Site Execution: consistently strong accuracy and ownership of site pages with a customer-journey focus; use CSQ to inform decisions and monitor impact.


• GP & Buying: thorough understanding of GP metrics to drive the right actions; close relationship with Buying.


• Reporting: independently complete Missed Opps and Daily Performance reporting, with context to enhance commentary.


• Ownerships: thorough understanding of own role and responsibilities; actively look for ways to drive these areas.
