Arnold Clark Group is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to join the Marketing team at Hillington Head Office in Glasgow. You will promote 250,000+ products across marketplaces, drive online/offline campaigns, and optimise customer experience with data-driven strategies.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in ecommerce, Shopify experience, and a track record in multi-channel marketing, email, and PPC. Basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus, with opportunity to learn and grow within a large in-house team.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced ecommerce/digital environment.
• Experience on Shopify or similar ecommerce platform is essential.
• Experience creating direct marketing strategies (designed/plain text/automation).
• Product knowledge in aftermarket parts is desirable.
• Experience in both retail and B2B marketing.
• Ability to manage budgets and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong written/verbal communication and teamwork.
• Basic HTML/CSS is an advantage; willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Promote over 250,000 products across ecommerce marketplaces, branches, and trade network.
• Improve customer experience to maximise conversion and retention.
• Plan and implement a wide range of marketing activities online and offline.
• Develop and execute an omni-channel digital marketing strategy.
• Monitor ROI and analyse trends using marketing tools.
• Write SEO-friendly copy and create engaging emails and landing pages.
• Create/manage social media PPC campaigns with in-house team.
• Test campaigns continuously and report on performance.
