Job summary

YOURS is seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketplace Coordinator to maximise sales across major UK and international websites. The role emphasizes accurate product loading, up-to-date data, and strong writing and communication skills.

You will ensure correct categorisation, imagery, and parity across markets, while monitoring performance and suggesting improvements in a fast-paced environment. A-Level or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Load products to every marketplace efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Update product information (price, details) per marketplace requirements.
• Attribute items with key specifics to optimize search visibility.
• Assign up-to-date imagery to all products.
• Classify products into correct categories and subcategories.
• Ensure live status and parity across markets; report non-live items.
• Research competitor activity to improve data enrichment.
• Produce weekly performance reporting and analysis.
• Raise marketplace issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support marketplace initiatives to boost content and sales.

WHAT IS THE ROLE:

We sell our brands on the biggest UK websites including Next, Very & Debenhams, alongside international websites Zalando and La Redoute. This role is all about maximising the sales across these platforms. You will need excellent attention to detail and a tenacity to keep driving sales. An aptitude for writing and grammar will also be required. You must be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. An interest in fashion alongside previous experience of working in an online sales focussed role would be beneficial but is not essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Responsible for efficiently loading products to each marketplace and meeting product deadlines.
• Ensuring all product information is up to date including price and key product details in line with each marketplaces requirements
• Ensure all products are attributed with key item specifics to optimise product search visibility.
• Ensure all up to date imagery is assigned to all products.
• Ensure correct category and sub-category classification is selected to improve relevancy of customer reach.
• Meticulously check products are live on all available markets, maintaining product parity reporting and resolve non-live items immediately.
• Research competitor activity to make sure we are producing best in class optimised data enrichment.
• Weekly production of performance reporting and analysis
• Raise any marketplace issues and suggest changes to ways of working to improve efficiency.
• Support all marketplace activities and new initiatives to optimise content and increase brand visibility and sales performance.
